Hi. It started off well. I was looking for a fitness studio to rent. The manager, Nick, seemed like a nice guy. He showed me around and came up with a deal that was workable. We agreed to contact each other in the future to confirm things. I did not hear anything back. I came in to clarify things. However, the moment I entered, there was a strange bald man who was just aggressively staring at me. He didn't come over to talk to me and he just continued to aggressively stare at me the whole time. I am not sure what he was trying to do. It seemed like he was trying to intimidate me or something. It was not very friendly and very strange. Eventually, Nick, the manager came to the reception. He said I would need to wait for higher up people to decide. I never did hear anything back. If somebody does not want to do business with me, that is fine. However, I do not need such nonsense. I thought business was about service and providing value. Perhaps they have a different intention. That was my experience. Never mind, crack on.

Amazing muay Thai classes with Jr, amazing work out and beasts your body. Gym equipment is good and never ran into a problem of waiting for a machine. Owners are super friendly and helpful as for all the staff there. Main attention though is of course Rocky 🐶. Great gym it's like a hidden gem

3f gains Moving from my home town to uni finding a gym was one of my top priorities, I tried probably two before I tried 3F and i immediately knew it was the one! ALL of the staff are really friendly, they greet you as you come in and make you feel welcome. The gym vibes - people at the gym and the the atmosphere is unmatched i definitely prefer 3F to my home town gym and any other gyms I’ve ever been to, coming back home from uni makes me miss it the most! Equipment is top tier really good quality. Affordable and inclusive gym all round just great. Also the gyms social media presence definitely helps with the environment they’ve created it’s like a gym family 🥹

Chef Tank is an absolute culinary genius! I have the pleasure of indulging in his delicious and healthy creations at the 3F gym, and I must say, my taste buds have never been more satisfied. From the first bite to the last, Chef Tank's dishes are a delightful experience that leaves you feeling both nourished and satisfied. One of the most impressive aspects of Chef Tank's cooking is his ability to turn simple, wholesome ingredients into culinary masterpieces. He takes the concept of healthy food to a whole new level, proving that nutritious eating doesn't have to be bland or boring. Each dish bursts with flavor, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. Not only does Chef Tank pay attention to taste, but he also takes great care in presentation. Every plate that comes out of his kitchen is a work of art, appealing to both the eyes and the palate. It's evident that he puts his heart and soul into each dish, ensuring that every customer is treated to a memorable experience.

3f Gains - Best gym going in the area. Staff are friendly and outgoing and are more then pleased to help out with anything. The anabolic kitchen does the most delicious food. Everything from the equipment to the music is top tier and is fit for everyone. 10/10 would recommend.

3F Gains Joined 3F around 6 months ago after previously having been at commercial gyms, was nervous at first but I feel so much more confident in 3F as everyone is happy to help whenever/wherever they can, no-one is judgemental unlike other gyms! My personal trainer Charlie is great and has contributed to a lot of this including gaining my confidence and helping me become stronger! Lovely friendly environment and an extensive amount of machines and always playing good music. Tanks Gym Kitchen is great, he makes amazing food and smoothies/coffees, and the gym also offers lots of energy drinks and pre-workout scoops to buy before your sessions - could not recommend this gym enough!

3f gains I’ve been to a number of gyms over the years however nothing comes close to 3f! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the members make it a real sense of community. They are always expanding and the food in the cafe is delicious. I would definitely recommend joining.

From the equipment, staff, music, atmosphere and venue; 3F strives with excellence! I’ve been training on and off at 3F since they opened and it’s been a pleasure to watch the team excel in all fields. The staff are always friendly, attentive, smart and professional. Whether you need help on equipment, choosing supplements or clothing, they will always offer you their expertise knowledge and support. The food has become an absolute favourite of mine. Incredible!! HUGE portions, priced fairly and healthy. The best! Thank you 3F for always delivering a first class service!
